I was nervous unsure about going to a new dental office due to previous experiences with other dental providers. But Dr. Puri is very gentle and Makes sure you understand in detail what needs to be done, rather then other Dr's who tell a person they need unnecessary work. The staff was very helpful, no one was annoyed when we had any questions or when they had to explain procedures over and over so I could understand. The office was very clean and bright, and on our first visit, they even had our name on the welcome sign. Definitely felt comfortable getting my wisdom tooth out! They can also play a movie while you wait in the dentist chair. I was hoping they would take long so I could enjoy the movie more, but they are pretty quick. :)
